God bless hi lose my cousin about a week ago so hi made appointment with bok brothers today with my cousin daughter there was so friendly and so hopefully hi think is name was called David he was so friendly all my family all gone with box brothers

We would like to thank Box Bros Funeral Services for helping us feel at ease during such a difficult time. The staff were extremely professional and showed a great deal of care and respect throughout. We would especially like to thank David Potts for everything he did to ensure that everything ran smoothly, with genuine compassion and care.

Love the friendly, caring, supportive and sympathetic staff at box brothers. We have used their services for more than 20 years and will continue to do so as the level of service is amazing. The staff are all courteous and very caring. From the front of house to the directors that conducted the service. Well done and thank you especially to Adrian. They helped me through one of the most heartbreaking times of my life the loss of my mum. They were very accommodating on the chapel of rest visits and always made sure I had plenty of support and tissues. Thank you again to you all. Appreciate you all.

Box Brothers were truly incredible in helping us say goodbye to our beloved Sheila — a wonderful wife, mum, grandmother, and great-grandmother. They made every step of the planning process feel effortless, supporting us with genuine care, patience, and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness allowed us to give Sheila the beautiful, heartfelt celebration of life she deserved.

We are so grateful for their guidance and for helping us honour her in the most perfect way. A special thank you to Adrian our Funeral Director and Melanie and Michelle in the office.
