Box Brothers organised my mother's funeral and cremation. Everything was seamless and ran perfectly. It was the best send-off we could imagine. Andrew and Ian were our main contacts - Ian initially and then Andrew took over executed everything seamlessly. Really professional and would recommend highly.

They were pro-active, resolving nearly any questions before we had chance to ask them!

We were impressed by all of your services from speaking to Michelle on the phone at the first instance. Olivia our funeral director at first was absolutely professional, caring & compassionate. She was amazing at sorting out our funeral. Then we were passed on to Rebecca who was amazing too. The car drivers too. Rebecca & the team conducted themselves with compassion and respect. Also the lady on the reception was lovely. Thankyou to you all.

I had a pure cremation for my husband which was an unattended funeral. This suited our purposes as my husband and I only had each other. The funeral car kindly paused outside our home for a few moments to allow neighbours to pay their last respects. As regards flowers, my husband loved his garden so a couple of days before the funeral I picked the best we had and made a small arrangement which was placed on the coffin. Neighbours payed their respects and my friend, Lynnette, kindly drove me following the funeral car to Lytham cemetery. I was then kindly permitted to follow the coffin in to say my goodbyes. I was told not to hurry and take my time which again was very considerate.
Everything was so beautiful and very sad but I could not have asked for the funeral to be any better. Box Bros are very professional, considerate, and understanding at the time of ones needs.

God bless hi lose my cousin about a week ago so hi made appointment with bok brothers today with my cousin daughter there was so friendly and so hopefully hi think is name was called David he was so friendly all my family all gone with box brothers

We would like to thank Box Bros Funeral Services for helping us feel at ease during such a difficult time. The staff were extremely professional and showed a great deal of care and respect throughout. We would especially like to thank David Potts for everything he did to ensure that everything ran smoothly, with genuine compassion and care.

Love the friendly, caring, supportive and sympathetic staff at box brothers. We have used their services for more than 20 years and will continue to do so as the level of service is amazing. The staff are all courteous and very caring. From the front of house to the directors that conducted the service. Well done and thank you especially to Adrian. They helped me through one of the most heartbreaking times of my life the loss of my mum. They were very accommodating on the chapel of rest visits and always made sure I had plenty of support and tissues. Thank you again to you all. Appreciate you all.
